GLOBAL MISSIONS

______________

Global Missions supports and partners with organizations that are actively sharing Jesus around the world. These groups are involved in planting churches, ministering to unreached people groups, translating the Bible into new languages and training indigenous church leaders. Christ Chapel also regularly sends teams to partner with these organizations on short-term trips.

“Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you.”

MATTHEW 28:19-20

Lunch With a Missionary
Sunday, Feb. 2
12:30 p.m.
Fort Worth Campus
Oak Room
_____

Come and enjoy lunch as Dr. Hormoz Shariat, our special guest, tells stories of God’s work in Iran. Dr. Shariat was born into a Muslim family in Iran and moved to the United States after the 1979 Iranian Islamic Revolution. He came to Christ as a PhD engineering student, and in 1987 planted a church in San Jose, California. Today, his satellite TV ministry, Iran Alive, reaches millions of Iranians directly in their homes and shares the gospel with them.

You will be encouraged, inspired and surprised by the Iran you didn’t know existed.

RSVP for Kids Care, available during the lunch for ages 0 to 11, at www.ccbcfamily.org/KidsRSVP by Thursday, Jan. 30.
