God saved me! I am forever blown away by the immense love of God demonstrated through the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ. My sin, though scarlet, has been made white as snow and I now have a relationship with the living Creator of the universe.
How I came to Christ Chapel is a crazy story of God’s provision and direction. The abridged version is that my wife and I were working together at World Relief helping refugees from around the world resettle in Fort Worth. I met Micah Barnum (South Campus Pastor) through that ministry. God used him and another friend, Mark Heilman, to open up a door to serve in Local Missions at Christ Chapel. It was the Lord’s perfect timing!
I was born and raised in Michigan, lived in Colorado for many years, and made the journey down to Fort Worth in 2010 to pursue my lovely wife Bethany, a Texas native. We met while serving the Lord in Africa, were married in 2012, and are blessed with three girls, Willow Eve, Violet Adele and Jocelyn Pearl. I enjoy family time, new adventures, swimming, basketball, singing and being active in the great outdoors.
