I grew up in a Christian home and went to a private school called DBU Lab School, on the Dallas Baptist University Campus. It was at school in kindergarten one day that I accepted Christ into my heart. And I’ve been following Him ever since.
I moved back to the Metroplex after working at a TV station in Bryan, TX. At the time I was living south of Dallas and a friend told me that I should check out Christ Chapel. After the first time of walking in Christ Chapel’s doors, I knew that this was the place for me. I felt so welcomed and eventually joined the church. I got my foot in the door in video production at A&M working in the athletic department and I found a love for video. Being able to do something that I’m passionate about while also serving at my church in that role is something that I’m very excited about.
I am a die-hard sports fan, including my alma mater of A&M, the Rangers, Cowboys and Mavericks. I also love serving in any capacity I can, especially mission trips — I’ve been blessed to go to Belize the last two years with Life Stage 2.
