I grew up in the church from a very young age. In fact, my first memories of childhood are sitting in the choir with my grandma. I came to know the Lord in the fifth grade, but it was when my parents separated and got a divorce my junior year of high school that my faith really become my own. The experience really made me reevaluate some things in my life and that’s when the transition from my faith being my parents’ to being my own happened.
Before coming to Christ Chapel, I was a part of an internship at a church in Knoxville, TN. Kevin Libick (Life Stage 1 Pastor) happened to be really good friends with our middle school pastor and the Lord connected me through their friendship. I’m excited to be here at Christ Chapel and for the challenges ahead in this new season.
I love to read and I love sports – I’m a huge NBA and college football fan, especially the San Antonio Spurs and Texas A&M. I also have the cutest 7-year-old chiweenie (chihuahua-weiner dog) named Ty.
