Because helping high schoolers take the next step in their walk with Jesus is essential to them becoming fully mature Christ followers, the High School Pastor will be the Ambassador, Team Builder and Primary Communicator for all aspects of the High School Ministry.
The West Campus Associate Director is responsible for the spiritual growth and development of the male high school students and leaders in Parker County. He will do this in conjunction with the West Campus and global HSM teams, accomplishing this mission by coming alongside the High School Pastor to pastorally equip others to do the work of the ministry while leading exciting and innovative programs.
The 3rd-4th Elementary Director partners with the K-2nd Elementary Director and Kids Minister at the West Campus to be the architect, shepherd, champion and multi-site liaison.
This position will serve on our College staff and be responsible for the pulpit ministry of our College outreach.
The Kids Care Director partners with the assistant architect, assistant lead implementer and multi-site liaison of the Next Generation Kids Care program.
The Fort Worth High School Pastor will be the team lead, primary communicator, trainer of small group leaders and an ongoing shepherd of parents.
The Fort Worth Evening Director will be the recruiter, shepherd, implementer and champion of the Fort Worth Campus’ Next Generation evening program.
The Director of Communications will provide strategic oversight for church and community-wide communications, overseeing the teams that implement the church’s brand, messaging and campaign development.
