Young Adult Ministries

Opportunities to Serve

Young Adult Mission Trips
Over the last several years, we have sent hundreds of young adults to spread the gospel in Belize. Each year, we typically facilitate a spring break trip for college students and a summer trip for post-college young adults (also known as the Renovate trip). While in Belize, we partner with pastors local to the country, engaging with their communities and schools to share Christ’s redemptive love.

Not a young adult? We are abundantly grateful for those who contribute to these trips through prayer and giving.

Please visit this page to learn more about the college spring break trip:, or check out the summer trip here: To speak with someone directly, feel free to reach out to Maggie at

Serve with Renovate
Renovate is a midweek service that provides an opportunity for the young adults of Fort Worth to gather, share a meal, and worship through song and preaching. More than that, we aim to be a rich community full of people who really know one another and push each other toward Christ any day of the week. If you’re a young adult, serving with Renovate on Wednesday nights is a fantastic way to get better connected to the community at large. Find out more information by exploring our site: or by emailing Robert at

Renovate Home Group Leader
If you’re a young adult interested in being a spiritual shepherd for your peers within the setting of a small group, please reach out directly to Kristin at and complete the application below.

Major teaching events like “AVENEW” are where couples sit and learn from an engaging video curriculum. But we believe the magic really happens in the smaller group discussion time that follows. Every 3 to 4 couples who attend AVENEW have a married “Coach” couple to help direct conversation, develop community, connect new people to Christ Chapel and act as mentors to young couples. Our couples use words like “authentic, genuine, encouraging, humble and transparent” when describing what they look for in a mentor. Are those things you strive for? AVENEW is a 12-session program, so the commitment is not for every week of the year. To take the next step toward coaching young couples, complete our online application and training by emailing Michael at

Host a Young Couples Home Group
Be the spiritual shepherd for a group of young couples. Home groups meet weekly to open Scripture and do life together. If you’d like to explore being a home group leader, then set aside a chunk of time to fill out our online application below.
