Pass The Plate with Men Come Forward Ministry

Spiritual Gift: Serving
Work alongside deacons to help facilitate the offering and communion at CCBC’s worship services. MCF volunteers will serve one Sunday a month plus either Christmas or Easter, and an additional outreach performance if applicable. Certain qualifications must be met in order to serve. Momentum Kiosk Member

Spiritual Gifts: Knowledge, Leadership, Serving
The Kiosk Member’s main responsibility is to manage the Men’s Kiosk in the Great Room at the Fort Worth Campus on Sunday mornings and evenings. Typically, the members of the kiosk greet men, women and children as they come into the church, but more specifically, their main purpose is to explain and answer questions regarding the various ministries available to the men of CCBC. Band of Brothers Facilities Crew

The Facilities Crew does all the behind-the-scenes work that keeps Band of Brothers going. They oversee the general clean up and maintenance of Band of Brothers. Some of their responsibilities include food and beverage prep, food clean-up, making sure materials are put out and put away. Band of Brothers Table Shepherd

Spiritual Gifts: Faith, Leadership, Wisdom
Table Shepherds are the hands and feet of Band of Brothers. They are the front lines of this ministry in that they hold the responsibility to oversee the spiritual growth of eight to 10 men for the duration of at least one year. The greater is the “first point-of-touch” for Band of Brothers. There’s a multitude of serve opportunities at re|engage: help as a sound booth assistant, greeter, Celebration Night event planner, story team member, hospitality team member, re|engage connector, re|engage apprentice facilitator or re|engage facilitator couple (must be a CCBC member). Soul Care Specialized Small Group Leader/Facilitator

Spiritual Gifts: Discernment, Leadership, Wisdom
Soul Care is always looking for committed, mature and willing leaders to facilitate groups focused on such topics as marriage, grief, reconciliation, eating struggles and adolescent and adult hurts, habits and hang-ups. Requirements: Training for each group is different, but often includes being a participant in the group first, an interview with a Soul Care staff member and the completion of a volunteer application. CCBC Orchestra Member

This 65-piece orchestra performs preludes, specials and a “Pops” concert, as well as accompanies music for hymns and choruses for the 11 a.m. traditional worship hour. Instrumentalists must have formal musical training and be able to sight-read difficult rhythmic patterns and play in all keys. An audition may be required. Adult Hand Bells Choir

A five-octave adult hand bell choir which performs five to six times a year in worship services, this choir consists of many levels of musicianship. Bells are assigned according to music reading ability. New bells are assigned for each new piece. Rehearsals are on Tuesdays from noon to 1:30 p.m. in the Music Room. The Adult Choir leads worship for the 11 a.m. traditional worship hour, which includes hymns and new choruses. The Sanctuary Choir sings a special song each Sunday, and consists of individuals of all ages with a wide range of musical experience. No auditions are necessary for this choir. Sanctuary Choir rehearses each Thursday at 7 p.m. in the Music Room. Email Josh at JoshB@christchapelbc.org to enroll.
