A Tale of Two Parties

Jonah chooses to have a pity party for himself despite God’s demonstrations of compassion for him. Jonah is more concerned with his own comfort than the needs of others, which breaks God’s heart. Like Jonah, we need to choose which party we want to attend and celebrate God’s demonstrations of grace.
