So are you in Life Stage 4? Well if you’re an adult in your 40s to early 50s, you are. And you’re in good company, because there are more than 1,400 individuals here at Christ Chapel in this life stage alone. And they include singles and married couples with kids all the way from elementary age up through college.
Take your next step with God by beginning a relationship with Jesus Christ.
Admit that you're a sinner, separated from a holy and perfect God. (Romans 3:23, Isaiah 53:6)
Understand that the penalty for your sin is death - eternal separation from God and all that is good. (Romans 6:23, Hebrews 9:27)
Believe that Jesus Christ took the penalty for your sin by dying in your place and conquered death by raising from the dead. (Romans 5:8, 2 Corinthians 5:21)
Receive the free gift of salvation by trusting in Christ alone as your Savior from sin and death and your provider of true and eternal life. (Romans 4:4-5, 5:1, Ephesians 2:8-9)
One way you can express your trust in Jesus Christ is by telling God Himself:
"Dear God,
I know that I'm a sinner. I know my sin deserves to be punished. I believe Christ died for me and rose from the grave. I trust Jesus Christ alone as my Savior. Thank You for the forgiveness and everlasting life that I now have. It is because of Jesus that I have peace praying these things to you.
